• Contact form and chat: your name, phone number, email, the service you need and your message.
• Bookings and quotations: the time you choose, your business details, and your typed signature when you accept a quotation online.
• Job applications: your CV, cover letter and the details on the application form.
• Client area: your account details, project files, messages, invoices and payment records.
• Reviews: the name, rating and review text you choose to publish.

To understand how the website is used, we keep simple visitor statistics on our own server: the pages you open, the questions you ask the chat assistant, the website you came from, your device and browser type, and a random visitor ID saved in your browser. We do not store your IP address for these statistics, and we respect “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals.

When you send a form, we note where you first found us (for example, Google or a Facebook post) so we know which channels help people reach us. Our server also keeps short security logs to block spam and attacks.

If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. Payment providers such as eSewa, Khalti and banks confirm your payment to us; we never receive your PIN or password.

• To answer your questions, call you back and send the quotation you asked for.
• To deliver your project, run your hosting, send invoices and remind you about payments and renewals.
• To consider you for a job you applied for.
• To keep the website and the client area safe and to stop spam.
• To learn which pages and services people find useful, and improve them.
• To meet legal duties, such as keeping tax and accounting records.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

This website does not use advertising cookies. It uses:

• Login cookies, only when you sign in to the client area, to keep you signed in.
• Small settings saved in your browser: light or dark mode, accessibility choices, the read-aloud setting, and whether you have already seen a pop-up or closed the “install our app” card.
• The random visitor ID described above.

Videos and posts from YouTube, Facebook or TikTok in the social panel load only when you open them, and those companies may then set their own cookies. You can clear cookies and saved site data in your browser settings at any time.

We share only what is needed, with: our hosting and email delivery providers, who store and send data for us; Google, for sign-in; payment providers, when you pay; WhatsApp or Viber, when you choose to message us there; ipwho.is, which turns the connection address into an approximate city when city look-up is switched on (only the city, region and country are kept); cdnjs (Cloudflare), which serves the website’s icons; and government authorities, when Nepal’s law requires it.

Our website and email may be hosted on servers in or outside Nepal, and services such as Google operate worldwide. When information is stored outside Nepal, we choose providers that protect it at least as well as we do.

• Visitor statistics and chat questions: deleted automatically after 180 days.
• Messages, bookings and enquiry details: up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you become a client.
• Job applications: 12 months, so we can tell you about later openings. Ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
• Client, project and invoice records: as long as Nepal’s tax and accounting rules require.

The website uses HTTPS encryption. Only staff who need your information can see it, passwords are stored in a scrambled (hashed) form, forms are protected against spam and misuse, and we keep backups. If a data breach could put you at risk, we will tell you and the relevant authority without delay.

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, stop using it for a purpose, or stop sending you messages. You can also withdraw a consent you gave earlier. Send your request to info@theme.damihost.com; we reply within 30 days and may first ask you to confirm who you are. Records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, may have to stay until that period ends.

Our services are meant for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without a parent’s or guardian’s consent, and we accept job applications only from people aged 18 or over. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page and list the change at the end. For important changes, we also tell our clients by email.
